This historical steam ship was built by A&J Inglis around 1953 and is by far the largest steamer ever to sail on Loch Lomond.
She was erected at their yard in Glasgow, dismantled and transported to Balloch and re-assembled on the slipway.
Her service started on May 25th 1953 Queen Elizabeth’s coronation year, and she was the last paddle steamer ever to be built in Britain.
this clock comes with a small enclosed clock face set behind an acrylic dome which resembles the ships portholes.
